Covid19 forces me to stay home and order food from various food apps. It became so boring while eating the same thing over and over! Now, it is my revenge time! I am to head out to various eateries in Singapore – restaurants, cafes, bubble teas, hawker food stores… At Cafe Hopping, I blog about the menus of places to eat and drink in Singapore.
Nam Kee Pau Singapore is a brand new restaurant in Singapore that specializes in Chinese-style pau (pronounced po), or buns. They are focused on creating high-quality paus that are made with the best ingredients available, but also try to keep them simple and approachable enough that they can be enjoyed by anyone who comes through their doors.
Nam Kee Pau Menu Singapore has spent years developing their proprietary recipe for making pau, which they think will be unlike anything else you’ve ever tried before. They love experimenting with different flavors and combinations of ingredients, but they also want to make sure that every bite is delicious.

Amy Yip Pau is one of the best items of Nam kee pau.it is filled with juicy pork meat, half a boiled egg, and a slice of lap Cheong (Chinese sausage). The portions are huge and this pau can easily be a full meal.
Big Bao Buns
Bao buns are like a blank canvas. Bao buns without any filling are called “mantou.” They have a chewy texture and smell and taste like fresh bread. Some important ingredients are warm water, milk, active yeast, sugar, oil, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, etc.
Nam Kee Pau Best Seller
Here are their best seller:
Nam Kee Pau Big pau

I’ve been a fan of Big Pau for years, but I had never tried the “Bigger” version of their menu until recently. It’s just as good as the original Big Pau, except it’s bigger!
I’m always impressed with how much they can fit into one sandwich—it’s like a whole meal in one bite. But this was the first time I’ve had the “Bigger” version, and let me tell you: it is HUGE. My mouth is watering just thinking about it now.

The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which makes it easy to eat with your hands or cut into pieces if you prefer to use utensils (like me). The meat is juicy and flavorful. And the sauce… Well, let’s just say that sauce is everything!
Nam kee Pau Ban Mian

Ban Mian is the dish I’d been wanting to try for a while, but I never got around to it until recently.
I had heard that they made their noodles fresh every day and that they were supposed to be really good, so I was excited to finally go and see if that was true.

It’s definitely true! The noodles were very thin and it was served with a little bit of chili sauce. All of the ingredients are a perfect combination. The broth is spicy enough to keep things interesting but not so spicy that it takes away from the rest of the ingredients. The noodles themselves are cooked just right: soft but not too soft, with just enough bite left in them to remind you that they’re still noodles and not soup or porridge.
I Highly Recommend it.If you still have not tried it, Go and try it now!
Nam Kee Pau Char Siew Pau

The Nam Kee Pau Char Siew Pau is a treat for anyone who loves to eat. It’s filled with pork belly, char siew (barbecue pork) and it comes in a convenient, portable package that you can chow down on while you’re out.
The flavor is bold and rich, with a hint of sweetness from the char siew. The texture is soft and smooth on the outside, but when you bite into it, you’ll find that it’s also been steamed until tender enough to fall apart in your mouth.

The best part: since it’s wrapped up in a traditional Chinese pastry called “pau”, you can carry it around with you without worrying about it getting messy or falling apart! It makes an excellent snack or light meal when you’re on the go.
