Akashi Singapore Menu Review
Akashi has more than three locations all over the city, all of these serving a great variety of tasty Japanese food including sushi and sashimi.
It is made with fresh fish, silky tofu with creamy eggs, kink fish and rice bowl. Their most popular restaurant is at Paragon Shopping Centre, although Orchard Parade Hotel.
Why you should choose Akashi?
As we see, Akashi food is not so cheap but also not more expensive. It’s a great choice when you want a mid-range Sushi meal.
Particularly their lunch as well as dinner sets are too good. You can choose from plump pieces of nigiri or sushi, sukiyaki with slices of beef topped on rice with soup or sometimes fresh food on the side.
What we recommend at their Menu?
As we mentioned above Akashi is attainable when we have no more money but we want good sushi. They are consistent at their delicious services, fast delivery and quality food. Their lunch and dinner price points are also too good, we love them, there are also a lot of options on their La Carte Menu.
Akashi Must Try Menu
If you’re looking for a new way to enjoy your favorite Japanese dish, look no further than Akashi! We’ve got the must-try menu that will blow your mind and leave you wanting more.
It’s not just sushi—it’s an experience.
Akashi Ebi Tempura

The Ebi Tempura is a delicious and affordable meal that you can get at any Japanese restaurant. It’s made with shrimp and vegetables, and it comes with a side of rice.
A good Ebi tempura is a rare thing. There are so many ways you can go wrong, and so few ways you can go right. For example, the batter can be too thick or too thin, or it can be made with too much or too little flour. The shrimp can be undercooked or overcooked, and it can be too dry or too moist. But this Ebi Tempura is just perfect!

But when everything comes together just right? It’s magic. The batter is just the right thickness—not so thick that it clings to your teeth like a spider web but not so thin that you can see through it. The shrimp are perfectly cooked—crisp on the outside yet tender on the inside.
And they’re not greasy at all! And then there’s the dipping sauce—just the right amount of saltiness and sweetness, and just enough acidity to make your mouth water for more!
Akashi Wagyu Don Set

The Wagyu Don Set was delicious! The steak was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked (medium rare). The foie gras added an amazing richness that made the dish even more decadent. The egg was firm but still very creamy, which balanced out all of the other flavors perfectly.

The soup was also excellent—it had a rich chicken stock flavor with just enough saltiness to balance out everything else on your plate. If you love Japanese food as much as I do, then this dish is definitely worth checking out!
Akashi Shake Sashimi

When I was first introduced to Shake Sashimi, I was quite skeptical. I had never eaten sashimi before, and the idea of eating raw fish didn’t sit well with me. However, after trying the dish at Akashi, I was blown away by the flavor and texture of this dish.

The salmon is served with a soy sauce that has been infused with ginger, giving it a unique and delicious taste that sets it apart from other sashimi dishes. The salmon is fresh and tender, almost melt-in-your-mouth soft. You can tell they use high quality ingredients that have been prepared with care, because there’s no fishy smell at all—just freshness and flavor!
