Malayan Council Cafe Must Try Menu

The Must-Try Menu features some of their most popular items including:
Malayan Council Cafe Lontong Goreng Kobe

Lontong Goreng Kobe is a delicious Indonesian dish. It’s made with sauteed rice cake, spring onion, fried shallots, and minced beef topped with succulent seasoned kobe beef and sambal ikan bilis.
The sauteed rice cake is soft and chewy, but not too soft that it doesn’t hold up to the other ingredients in the dish. The spring onion adds a nice bite to each bite, as does the fried shallots. The eggs add an extra layer of flavor, and the minced beef adds some substance to each bite.

And then there’s that succulent seasoned kobe beef—it’s perfectly cooked! It’s served on top of the sauteed rice cake, so every bite has a little bit of everything you love about this meal. And then there’s the sambal ikan bilis—it doesn’t add much in terms of flavor or texture, but its bright red color gives your mouth something interesting to look at while you eat this delicious meal!
This dish is perfect if you’re looking for something light but still filling enough to satisfy your hunger without making you feel too full after eating it.
Malayan Council Cafe Classic Ondeh Ondeh Cake

The Classic Ondeh Ondeh Cake by Malayan Council Cafe is a moist pandan cake layered with gula melaka bits and coconut drizzle. It’s frosted with coconut chantilly cream, which is a custard-like mass that’s whipped to a soft peak.
I’m going to start off by saying that this is the best Ondeh Ondeh cake I’ve ever had. The gula melaka bits are delicious and don’t overpower the cake; they’re just right. The cake itself is fluffy and moist without being soggy or too dense, while still being firm enough to hold its shape when you cut into it.

And then there’s the cream—the cream really takes this cake over the top. It’s so light and fluffy and just melts in your mouth! If you’re looking for an Ondeh Ondeh cake this holiday season, look no further than this one!
Malayan Council Cafe Roti Kirai Beef Ribs

The Roti Kirai Beef Ribs are a delicious, flavorful dish that will leave you craving more. The braised short beef ribs are a perfect combination of meat, fat and bone. The meat is tender and juicy, while the fat adds flavor to each bite. The bone adds texture to each bite as well.
The secret ingredient sauce adds just the right amount of spice to balance out the dish. The sauce is sweet and salty which makes it perfect for dipping your roti kirai into as well!

The roti kirai is also very good! It’s crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with just enough doughy goodness in between to make it satisfying without being too heavy or filling.
