Seorae Restaurant Best Seller
Seorae Restaurant Singapore is not just a restaurant. It is a haven for Korean food lovers, who can enjoy the best that Korea has to offer in terms of their cuisine. The Seorae Restaurant Singapore serves traditional Korean dishes that have been loved and enjoyed by many generations of Koreans.
Here is the list of their must try dishes that I know each of us will surely love it:
Seorae Japchae

I have to admit, when I saw the Seorae Japchae on the menu, I was a little confused.
What is japchae? It’s not exactly a household name in the US, but it’s one of those things that you want to try once.
It turns out japchae is a traditional Korean dish made with glass noodles, carrots and other vegetables. It’s usually served as an appetizer or side dish with meat or seafood.

Seorae’s version was delicious! The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the sauce had just enough sweetness to balance out the earthy flavor of the vegetables. This would make a great dish to share with friends—it’s filling but light at the same time!
Seorae Haemul Pajeon

I’m writing this review while I’m still in the restaurant, because I can’t wait to write it.
Seorae Restaurant is not just a place where you can get some great seafood pancakes. It’s an adventure. They’re not just good at what they do—they’re the best.

The Seorae Haemul Pajeon is a delicate balance of sweet and salty, crunchy and soft. The pancake is light and fluffy, with a crunchy but soft crust on the outside. On the inside there are shrimp, squid, and veggies that taste fresh and bright—and they don’t overpower the other flavors.
The sauce is also perfect: it’s creamy but not too heavy, and it has just enough heat to give everything an extra kick without being overwhelming or oily.
Seorae Sundubu Jjigae (with Steamed Rice)

The Seorae Sundubu Jjigae is a delicious and spicy Korean soup that will delight your taste buds. The broth is rich and creamy, with a hint of spiciness that makes it just the right amount of hot. The gochujang (red pepper paste) gives it a sweet and savory flavor that pairs perfectly with the seafood.
The dish comes with rice on the side, which you can add to your bowl if you’d like. The rice is cooked perfectly—sticky but firm, so it holds up well against the jjigae’s liquidy goodness.

This is a great dish to get in the winter. The broth is so hearty and warm, it’ll keep you nice and cozy when the weather outside is cold. The sundubu jjigae is also very delicious, with chunks of tofu in a savory broth.
Overall: A delicious bowl of soup that will warm you up on a cold day!
