Collins is a food restaurant chain in Singapore, at start they just sell their self-service food kiosks in hawker centers. Later after a few years they opened their full service restaurant.
There is a great struggle behind their success. They periodically update and regularly bring new food items on their menu to make their customer’s meal tasty.

About Collins Restaurant
Collin’s restaurant was established in 2012 by Chef Collin Ho, he opened the first Collin’s food store in a coffee shop at Geylang. To become a brand it took more than 20 years, he worked as a cook in different restaurants and hotels to get experience of cooking.
Collin Ho was born in 1976, he started their cooking class at the age of 14 years old from his grandmother. Later he was an army chef during his job at National service. In 2020, he was appointed as the Chief Executive of SF Group limited. SF group is an investment holding company that manages the Collin’s franchise.
According to a report Collins started earning a revenue of more than 20 million within four or five years of their establishment.
After his success in his restaurant Collins also started a community outreach program which is known as Kids Club by Collin’s. In this program they organized baking and cooking workshops for different people.
Since 2017, Collin’s has expanded their business and opened more than 19 outlets in Singapore. In 2019, he opened a Halal certified restaurant, Elfuego by Collin’s, at Jewel Changi Airport where they serve wesern food to their customers. This restaurant is a collaborative project of Collin Ho and the president of the Singapore Chefs Association (Chef Edmund Toh).

Collin’s Signature Chicken Chop
I love chicken. I mean, who doesn’t? We all know that chicken is the most popular meat. But Collin’s Signature Chicken Chop was something different.
The first thing I noticed about Collin’s Signature Chicken Chop was that it tasted different from other chicken. It didn’t have that same taste that we’ve all come to know and love. Instead, it had a spicy kick! The spice level was perfect for me—not too much, not too little. It wasn’t so spicy that it overpowered the flavor of the chicken itself (which is what I think happens with some restaurants).
The second thing I noticed about Collin’s Signature Chicken Chop was how tender it was! Their meat is incredibly soft and juicy, which makes it easy to eat with a knife and fork or even just your hands (if you’re feeling adventurous). You can also tell that they use fresh ingredients because there aren’t any weird preservatives or additives in their food like at some other places I’ve tried before where they just don’t seem like they care about what they’re serving us anymore since they’ve been open so long already.”
Collin’s Combo D – Grilled Norwegian Salmon and Tempura Squid Tentacles
When I was a kid, my family took our annual vacation to the mountains of Norway. We would always go hiking and fishing together as a family. One of the things that stands out most in my memory is catching salmon (and other fish) with my dad and then eating them on our campfire that night.
When I saw Collin’s Combo D – Grilled Norwegian Salmon and Tempura Squid Tentacles on their menu, it immediately brought back memories of those days spent in Norway with my family. The grilled salmon was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor that reminded me of camping with my dad, while the tempura squid tentacle was crunchy and delicious—just like I remembered those squid tentacles tasting!
I would highly recommend this dish if you are looking for something that reminds you of home or want a taste of Norway without having to travel all the way there!

Collin’s Combo B is the perfect combination of crispy chicken cutlet and prime Iberico pork sausage. The chicken is perfectly fried, with a crunchy, golden exterior and a juicy inside that’s full of flavor. The sausage is lean and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. Together, they make a delicious meal that’ll leave you feeling satisfied and ready to take on your day!
I’ve tried other items from Collin’s too—the fries are amazing and the shakes are pretty great—but this combo is my favorite!
